Seasonal_Installation Worker

Brandano Displays, Inc. is seeking reliable, hardworking Seasonal Holiday Decor Installers to join our installation teams during the holiday season.

Installers will work at various locations throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties, with occasional travel opportunities outside the tri-county area.

Responsibilities

• Install holiday lights, garland, bows, and other décor on poles, trees, buildings, and other structures.
• Ensure all installed lighting and displays are properly secured and functioning.
• Identify and safely connect displays to available power sources.
• Arrive prepared with required tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Address minor installation issues and make necessary adjustments in the field.
• Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Brandano Displays positively at customer locations.

Seasonal Schedule

• Primary season: October through mid-December
• Additional work may be available between New Year’s and the end of January.
• Overtime opportunities available.
• Work is primarily throughout South Florida, with occasional travel outside the tri-county area.

Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Ability to safely use ladders and basic hand tools.
• Clean driving record, reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous construction, electrical, landscaping, decorating, or installation experience is a plus.

Dress & Safety Requirements

• Brandano Displays branded shirts are required while working and will be provided.
• Closed-toe, securely laced shoes are required on all job sites.
• Dress appropriately for outdoor conditions, including sun protection.
• Smoking is prohibited on all Brandano Displays job sites.
