We’re Hiring! – Concrete Formwork Carpenters

Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33480 & Hobe Sound, FL 33455

Pay: $20.00 – $31.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8–10 hours per day (up to 47.5 hours per week available)

Type of Work: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and build wooden or metal forms (formwork)
• Cut, measure, and secure temporary structures for concrete
• Install rebar or mesh reinforcement according to specifications
• Pour, cure, and remove concrete formwork
• Safely use power tools and hand tools
• Use a shovel to dig spaces for form placement
• Tie rebar securely and accurately
• Work outdoors in coordination with the team, often under the sun

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry and concrete formwork structures

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Willingness to use a shovel and perform physically demanding tasks

• Ability to work outdoors in the sun for 8–10 hours daily

• Reliable transportation to West Palm Beach or Hobe Sound

• (Preferred) Experience working at heights
